Refund policy

buyritebasics prints their products on demand, which means that all products are unique and produced only when ordered. This also means that buyritebasics does not offer reprints, returns or exchanges if you the consumer ordered the wrong product, size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a different size, image or product other than what was on the order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

In case of a damaged product, a manufacturing error or you the consumer receives a different size, image or product other than what was on the order, please notify support@Buyritebasics.com  FIRST before returning the product(s) in question.  Provide a clear photo and/or video showing the issue in your email.  PLEASE NOTE items sent back to us WITHOUT FIRST requesting a return via email detailing the issue will not be accepted. 

After receipt of your email and review of the issue, if your claim is accepted and approved,  buyritebasics will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send back the product(s) in question.

Upon acceptance and approval of your claim, buyritebasics offers a free reprint, refund or exchange accordingly if notified within 30 days of product delivery.

Please note, for DTG (direct-to-garment) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print are not considered as defects.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you the consumer can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.
